| 摘 要： | 基于电力系统电压自动控制理论 ,结合江苏电网的现状 ,借鉴其他省的研究成果 ,从全局闭环优化控制的角度提出在江苏省实施分布式自动电压控制的策略。分布式自动电压控制策略实施的关键环节是对电网进行分区和中枢节点的选择 ,提出了基于电气距离的向上分级合并迭代的算法 ,并应用于江苏电网 ,得到较行政分区更为合理的分区结果 ,为控制策略的进一步实施提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Considering present voltage/var condition of the electric network in Jiangsu province, this paper brings forward a strategy of putting distributed automatic voltage control into effect in Jiangsu power network based on the theory of global loop locked optimum control. The key is to partition the whole network into strongly connected sub networks and choose reasonable pilot points. In this paper, an algorithm of ascending hierarchical and iterative classification based on the electrical distances is brought forward and applied to the Jiangsu network. A reasonable partition result is gained that provides foundation to the further implement of the strategy. |
