摘    要:从功能配置、系统结构、内部数据的交互方式、与外部系统的协同模式、通信组网方案等多个角度进行研究,提出了包含站域层、区域电网层、广域电网层的多层次广域保护控制体系架构。针对不同层级电网关注的问题,提出了不同层级电网的保护控制功能配置方案。按照数据分类、分层处理的原则,给出了广域保护控制系统内各设备之间的数据交互方式,提出了广域保护控制系统与调度监控系统之间的交互模式。结合广域保护控制系统结构,给出了包括区域保护控制通信网络、广域保护控制通信网络的两层组网方案。所述广域保护控制体系架构中的区域保护控制系统已经在实际电网中实现了工程应用,相关技术的可行性与合理性得到了实践验证,为后续的广域保护控制技术研究与应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:The multi-level wide-area protection system scheme including substation level, regional-area level and wide-area level is proposed. Aiming to the different concerns, the protection & control schemes for the power grid in different levels are discussed. The data exchanged between the IEDs in the wide-area protection system is analyzed based on the system structure, and the collaborative mode between wide-area protection system and dispatch & monitoring system is also researched to optimize the protection & control schemes dynamically. The corresponding communication protocols are proposed for data exchange. In this system structure, the communication network for wide-area protection system is divided into several regional-area protection & control communication networks and wide-area protection & control communication network, which are distributed in two levels. The regional-area protection & control system is applied in Guangzhou power grid as one part of wide-area protection system, the feasibility and rationality of the technologies proposed are verified, which provides reference for the further research and application of the wide-area protection system.
