风电T接双电源系统对距离保护的影响分析

摘    要:风电并网影响接入系统距离保护测量阻抗及保护动作特性,风电T型接入对保护的影响有其特殊性。推导风电T接双电源系统距离保护测量阻抗公式,研究故障点位置、风电场运行方式及过渡电阻对风电T接线路距离保护测量阻抗的影响,并讨论上述因素对本段距离保护和下段距离保护的影响。以新疆某地区风电T接系统为算例,仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。研究成果可为风电T接电网的继电保护配置和整定提供依据,具有一定的实际应用价值和意义。

Abstract:Wind power integration on power system influences the measured impedance as well as operation characteristics of distance protection. The impacts has particularity for wind farm connecting to the grid with T-type. The distance protection measure impedance formula is deduced for wind farm connected to dual power system with T-type. The impacts of fault location, operation mode of wind farm and transition resistance on measured impedance are studied, and the influence of these factors on the distance protection and next distance protection are discussed. Taking a wind farm connected to the grid with T-type in Xinjiang as an example, the simulation model is established, the correctness of theoretical analysis are verified by simulation. The study provides a theoretical basis for relay setting and configuration, and has theoretical significance and practical value.
