摘    要:储能技术是解决风电并网“瓶颈”问题,提高电网对风电接纳能力的有效途径之一。首先扼要地分析了目前风电并网存在的主要问题和成因,并对各种储能技术及其在风电并网中的应用情况进行简要总结;然后着重阐述了储能技术在解决风电的低电压穿越(LVRT)、功率波动、调频控制、稳定性和经济运行等问题的最新研究进展,并对其研究思路和重点问题进行了归纳和分析;在此基础上,提出了将储能系统的数学建模、控制策略、位置及容量优化、运行经济性等问题作为下一步研究工作关注的重点。将为更好地研究和利用储能技术改善风电并网运行特性提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:Energy storage technology is one of the efficient methods to resolve the key problems in wind power integrated to the power grid, so as to enhance the ability of the grid to accept more wind power. The current problems in wind power and the causes of them are discussed briefly, and the development progress of different energy storage types and their application in wind power are concluded together. Then the progress on applications of energy storage technology in resolving the problems of wind power integrated to the grid, such as low voltage ride-through, power fluctuation, frequency control, stability, operation control, are concluded and analyzed, and the principles and focal points of the current research work are also analyzed. According to the progress discussed above, the suggestions about the interesting research directions of the next research work, such as mathmatical modeling, control strategy, optimization of position and capability, and economical operation are presented. This paper will contribute to better research and application of energy storage technology intended for improving the operation characteristics of wind power in the future.
