摘    要:为提高电网继电保护运行管理能力,提出了多种基于PFIS(继电保护故障信息系统)的继电保护装置常态特性在线监视与隐性故障诊断方法。对继电保护运行自检告警信息进行分类实现本体运行状态在线监视;将继电保护装置运行时的配置信息与基准值进行一致性比较实现配置参数在线监视;在线采集继电保护装置模拟量信息采用同源比对法对模拟量准确性进行分析实现模拟量测量隐性故障诊断。辽宁电网PFIS采用上述方法实现了继电保护在线监视与状态评估,系统运行良好,证明了方法的正确性和有效性,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the power grid relay protection operation management ability, there are three ways to monitor the hidden failures in protection system based on Protection Fault Information System (PFIS) i.e. get the device iteself condition by cataloging the self check alarm information, compare the device operating parameters with the reference values online, and analyze the measurement accuracy by homological comparison with other devices. Liaoning Electric Power Grid has realized relay protection online monitoring and condition assessment on PFIS by these methods. The system is running well, which has proved the correctness and validity of these methods and it has high value of popularization.
