摘    要:针对站域保护可方便获取所有就地保护动作信息的特点,提出了基于电流保护融信因子的站域后备保护方案。首先在线更新站内各元件的自适应电流保护整定值,并收集保护的动作信息,再根据保护对各元件的有效保护范围计算保护对元件故障识别的支撑度。然后将其作为保护动作的权重,构造站域电流保护融信度函数以及融信度期望函数。最后根据二者比值即融信因子识别故障元件。实际变电站数据验证结果表明该方案能正确、快速地识别故障元件,且无需信息同步,能够应对信息缺失及错误的情况,具有良好的适应性以及一定的容错能力。

Abstract:Station backup protection based on the current fusion reliable factor is proposed for easy access to all the information of local protection action. First, this paper updates setting values based on the principle of adaptive current protection, collects the action information of current protection and calculates support degree that protection against each component based on effective protection range. Then, it regards the support degree as the right of protection and builds fusion reliable function and fusion reliable expected function of station protection. Finally, faulty component is identified according to their specific value, i.e. fusion reliable factor. The results show that the faulty component can be identified correctly and quickly, and information missing and error situation can be coped with. This scheme of substation protection has good adaptability and fault tolerance.
