摘    要:给出了一种高压输电线路故障综合测距系统,综合了行波测距和基于线路集中参数、分布参数的常规测距方法,从而实现了故障的准确定位;利用小波来准确地检测波头到达时刻,提高测距精度;对行波测距中的不利因素进行了分析、改进,提出了在电压过零、行波测距不能正常启动时利用故障后的重合闸脉冲进行测距的方法,并利用EMTDC进行仿真计算,验证了其正确性和准确性。

Abstract:The fault location method of transmission line based on voltages and currents at double terminals consists of traditional fault location using fault fundamental component and travelling wave location employing fault transient travelling wave. In this paper, a new type of integrative fault location system for transmission line combining these two methods is developed. Then the traditional fault location method based on lumped parameters and distributed parameters in the line model are integrated into travelling wave method. The precision is enhanced through wavelet transforming to detect the head of travelling wave. The defects in travelling wave location method are analyzed and improved. The method using reclosure impulse is developed when travelling wave is so weak that the location method can't work. The simulation results of EMTDC show that this method is available and accurate.
