风电消纳能力分析方法的研究

摘    要:为了提高风电的消纳能力,提出了一种考虑调峰时段限制风电出力的新的风电消纳能力计算方法。该方法通过电网调峰困难时期允许少量弃风,保证更大的允许装机总量,因而非调峰困难期可获得更大的风电发电负荷。与不限制风电出力时消纳能力的计算方法相比,该方法实用、能够大幅度地提高风电接纳的能力,并且可灵活地应用于各种经济运行指标考核下的风电接纳能力计算。通过实际的算例验证了新方法的准确性,证明了该方法对电网规划及提高风电消纳能力具有指导意义。

Abstract:In order to improve accommodation of wind power, a new analysis method is proposed considering wind power output limited during light load. In the presented method, the output of wind power is restricted and curtailment of wind power is permitted when peak regulation is difficult. Comparing with the conventional analysis method, the proposed method is more practical and is able to improve greatly the accommodated capacity of wind power. In addition, the method can be applied flexibly to calculate the accommodation of wind power under kinds of economic operated indexes. Finally, by means of the calculated results of case study, the accuracy of the presented method and accommodated capacity for wind power are confirmed. The method is significant for improving accommodated capacity of wind power and instructing power planning.
