| 摘 要： | 抗磁物质处在磁场中时,在重力和抗磁力的作用下,会稳定悬浮,利用这个原理可以实现抗磁物质的捕获、移动等微操纵.本文详细介绍了抗磁悬浮的两个分类:传统的抗磁悬浮和磁阿基米德抗磁悬浮,并对二者的特点、应用等作了介绍,然后详细分析了抗磁悬浮有关的关键因素,例如磁化率的计算、磁场分布的产生等,最后结合永磁体的小尺寸效应和MEMS...
