Bi取代NiCuZn铁氧体的显微结构和电磁性能

摘    要:分别用固相反应法制备了Bi取代NiCuZn铁氧体材料和二次球磨掺杂相同含量Bi2O3的NiCuZn铁氧体材料,研究了在900℃低温烧结下Bi取代和Bi掺杂对NiCuZn铁氧体材料的显微结构、电磁性能的影响。结果表明,Bi3+取代NiCuZn铁氧体材料的起始磁导率为152,Bi掺杂NiCuZn铁氧体材料的起始磁导率为148,且Bi取代NiCuZn铁氧体材料的致密性和均匀性优于Bi掺杂铁氧体材料,同时拥有更低的磁心损耗。

Abstract:Bi-substituted and same content Bi-doped NiCuZn ferrites were prepared by solid-state reaction method.The effect of Bi-substitution and Bi-doping on the microstuctures and electromagnetic propertied were investigated.The results showed that initial permeability of 152 and 148 was obtained for NiCuZn ferrite materials with Bi2O3 substitution and Bi2O3 doping,respectively.The Bi-substituted NiCuZn ferrite has better densification and uniformity and lower core power loss than Bi2O3 doped one.
