新型固定阀式磁流变阻尼器的磁路分析

摘    要:为了掌握影响某新型固定阀式磁流变阻尼器输出阻尼力的因素,利用ANSYS软件,对不同结构参数磁流变阻尼器进行建模,并进行了静磁场分析,得到了磁感应强度云图及磁力线分布。分析结果显示,对于固定阀式磁流变阻尼器,线圈匝数、励磁电流强度、工作间隙、圆环盘内径、圆齿盘齿根半径、缸体磁流变液流道宽度都会影响阻尼器输出阻尼力。六个参数中,线圈匝数、励磁电流强度的影响较大,其余四个参数的影响较小。研究结果对固定阀式磁流变阻尼器初始设计提供一定参考。

Abstract:To work out the factors affecting the damping force of the new fixed valve type magneto-rheological damper(MRD), ANSYS was used for model MRD with different structure parameters. Static magnetic field was analyzed by ANSYS, and magnetic flux density cloud picture and lines of magnetic force distribution were obtained. The result shows that the coil number of turns, current intensity, working gap, inner diameter of circle plate, tooth root dadius of circular tooth plate and port width of cylinder block affect the damping force of MRD. Among these parameters, the coil number of turns and current intensity have greater while the other four parameters have less influence. This paper provide reference to the initial design of fixed valve type MRD.
