摘    要:利用双主相合金法制备了Ce取代的廉价(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B磁体,研究了Ce取代对永磁体烧结致密化行为、显微结构与磁性能的影响。结果表明,用Ce部分取代Nd能够促进烧结,降低烧结温度;随着Ce取代量的增加,晶粒开始明显长大,磁体晶粒尺寸变得不均匀,晶间富稀土相也开始团聚,磁体各项磁性能逐步降低,在Ce取代量为总稀土的20%时,材料剩磁为1.05T,内禀矫顽力为651.4k A/m(8.18k Oe),最大磁能积为198.4k J/m3(24.92MGOe),仍具有较好的综合磁性能。

(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B sintered magnets prepared by double main phase alloy method
Abstract:Low cost (Nd, Ce)-Fe-B magnets with diffident Ce substitution was prepared by double main phase alloy method, and the effect of Ce substitution on their densification, microstructure and magnetic properties has been investigated. The result shows that Ce substitution for Nd can promote the sintering process, achieve densification at lower sintering temperature. With the increase of Ce substitution amount, the grain of the (Nd, Ce)-Fe-B magnets grows up, the grain size becomes uneven, and the intergranular phase begins to reunite. And with the increase of Ce substitution amount, the magnetic performance decrease at varying degrees. For the 20% Ce content of the total amount of rare earth metals, (Nd, Ce)-Fe-B magnet was prepared with rather better comprehensive magnetic property of Br=1.05T, Hcj=651.4kA/m and (BH)max=198.4kJ/m3.
