摘    要:目前制作抗EMI滤波器的材料主要有铁氧体系列和纳米晶软磁系列。本文主要介绍一新型抗EMI软磁铁氧体—陶瓷复合材料的制备及其磁性能的研究。复合材料的截止频率达到1.5GHz以上,有利于高频器件的使用。且介电常数大于45,有望成为电感、电容双用材料。

Abstract:At present, the main materials for the anti-electromagnetic interference filter are soft ferrites and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials. The preparation and magnetic characters of a new composite BaTiO3-NiCuZn ferrite are studied. The resonance frequency of 1.5 GHz and the dielectric constant of higher than 45 can be achieved.
