烧结永磁铁氧体径向多极磁环磁场取向成型系统设计与应用

摘    要:烧结永磁铁氧体径向取向多极磁环烧结后产品呈近似正多边形,存在无心磨效率低、加工难度大、材料浪费多等问题。在传统干压成型烧结永磁铁氧体工艺的基础上,采用多脉冲放电励磁取向方式,考虑磁环收缩率差异,设计了瓣形模具。应用效果表明,磁环取向更加充分,烧结后产品有更低的不圆度,应用效果良好。

Abstract:Sintered permanent ferrite radial orienting multi-polar ring presents an approximate regular polygon after sintering,which causes problems such as low efficiency of centerless grinding,difficulty in processing and waste of materials.Based on the conventional dry pressing technique of sintered permanent ferrite,we adopt multi-pulse discharge excitation for orientation and design petal mold according to difference of shrinkage rate of magnetic ring.The result shows that the product has higher orientation and better roundness,displaying a better application effect.
