螺线管空心线圈电流传感器的研究

摘    要:提出了一种用于测量小电流、带补偿线圈的新型螺线管空心线圈电流传感器,阐述了螺线管空心线圈的基本结构,分析了其结构参数对电磁参数的影响,给出了相关参数的计算公式.螺线管空心线圈输出电压较小且与被测电流相位相差90°,需增加积分电路,以放大输出电压信号并保证相位的一致.利用Matlab对线圈动态特性随参数的变化情况进行了仿真,给出了相应的幅频、相频特性.制作了实验模型,并进行了相关的实验,给出了实验数据,验证了理论分析和实验结果的一致性.实验数据表明该新型带补偿线圈的螺线管空心线圈精度高,线性度较好,抗电磁干扰能力强.
