摘    要:<正>激式DC-DC变换器的固有缺点是需要增加辅助电路来实现磁复位,MOS管的硬开通模式使变换器的效率低下。有源钳位可以回收励磁电感中的能量至输入端,初级开关管的软开关将MOS管的开关损耗降到最低。本文以一个设计示例讨论了变压器和电感在有源钳位变换器中的设计。结果表明,在24V输入电压时效率超过90%,负载调整率也在1.3%以内,验证了单路输出有源钳位正激DC-DC拓扑变换器良好的负载调整率以及高效性。

Abstract:The inherent vice of forward DC-DC convertor is that it needs an assistant circuit for magnetic reset,and hard conductance of the MOSFET results in a low convertor efficiency.Active-clamp can reclaim the energy in magnetizing inductance to the input.The soft switch of the MOSFET in primary side can reduce switching loss to minimum value.An example was proposed in this paper to discuss the design of transformer and inductor in active-clamp DC-DC converter.In the design example,efficiency of higher than 90% a...
