摘    要:介绍了一种新型的磁性磨料——粘弹性磁性磨具,该磨具制备工艺简单,具有形状适应性强、加工设备简单及加工效果好等优点。将混合均匀的铁粉和碳化硅与基体充分混合,制备多种磨具,对镁合金和铝合金平板表面进行了光整,分析质量比、基体、工件对最佳加工时间的影响。结果表明:以甲硼聚合物为基体、铁粉和碳化硅的质量比为2∶1配制的磨具加工铝合金平板,最佳加工时间为15~18min,表面粗糙度值从1.1μm降到0.06μm,达到镜面效果,为进一步研制出更好的粘弹性磁性磨具提供了工艺参数和理论基础。

Theoretical and experimental research on the optimum processing time of viscoelastic magnetic abrasive
Abstract:A new type of magnetic abrasive, viscoelastic magnetic abrasive was introduced, which has advantages of simple preparation technology, good adaptability, easy processing equipment, high performance and so on. A series of abrasive were prepared by fully mixing the iron powder, silicon carbide and the substrate. Magnesium and aluminium alloy plate were finished, and infiluence of mass ratio, substrate and workpiece on the optimum processing time were analyzed . Result shows the optimal processing time for finishing aluminum alloy plate is 15-18min using the formulation abrasivewith boron polymer substrate, and mass ratio of iron powder to silicon of 2∶1. The surface roughness decreases from 1.1μm to 0.06μm, almost mirror finish, which provides technical parameters and theoretical basis for further development of viscoelastic magnetic abrasive.
