特高压输电继电保护与监控技术研究

摘    要:介绍了国外1000kV特高压输电继电保护与监控技术的研发情况,提出了我国在这方面需要研究的有关技术问题。给出了一种基于IEC 61850标;隹构建的变电站继电保护与监控系统平台,该平台能适应特高压输电的特点,实时性很强,是一种将继电保护、紧急控制和系统稳定一体化的信息平台。

Abstract:The research and development of protection and monitoring technology for 1000 kV EHV power transmission abroad was introduced, and the technical problems that need to study in the aspects of protection and monitoring for 1000 kV EHV power transmission were put forward. The platform of substation protection and supervisory control system based on IEC 61850 standard was given. This platform of real time can meet the characteristics of EHV power transmission. It is a kind of integrated information platform with protection, urgent control and system stability, in which the PMU wide area measurement, Multi - Agent technology and self - a-dapting technology were adopted to make the distributed protection and automatic safety devices mutual coordination and co - operation, and to avoid the accidents of system stability damage and power failure occurred in large area.
