高压直流输电系统的保护策略

摘    要:直流系统保护策略是直流输电工程系统研究和控制保护系统设计的重要组成部分,其目标是保护设备,避免故障或异常工况造成的设备损坏和影响直流输电。高压直流输电系统可能的故障工况包括挟流阀故障、直流部分故障和交流部分的故障,直流系统在不同的故障情况下表现出一定的特性,根据直流系统运行特点和故障特性提出了高压直流输电系统的保护策略。文章以三常高压直流输电工程为例详细说明了长距离直流输电系统的保护策略,包括功能配置、保护原理、保护动作的处理方式以及控制保护系统仿真研究所采用的手段,并在此基础上时高压直流系统保护策略进行了总结。

Abstract:The protection strategy of DC system is the important part of engineering research and system design for HVDC transmission project and its control and protection system, whose goal is to protect equipments, avoid the equipment damage and effect on HVDC transmission caused by fault or unusual operation condition. The possible fault condition for HVDC transmission system includes converter valve fault, DC system fault and AC system fault. The DC system indicates certain characteristics under different fauh conditions, and the protection strategy for HVDC transmission system can be put forward according to the operation features and fault characteristics. The paper explains the protection strategy for long distance HVDC transmission system taken San - Chang HVDC transmission project as an example in detail, which includes function disposition, protection principles, handling mode of protection movement as well as the means adopted by the simulation study for control and protection system. Based on the above, the protection strategy for HVDC transmission system is summarized.
