我国循环流化床锅炉存在问题及试验研究

摘    要:章通过对国内电厂循环流化床锅炉进行试验分析研究,提出流化床内颗粒群运动的多态性、氧气使用效率的概念和磨损可控原理,分析了CFB锅炉存在的主要问题,如煤粒径分布不合理、给煤点少、飞灰含碳量高、风机选型偏大等。重点对磨损进行了研究,采用让管技术可有效解决磨损问题,对CFB锅炉的设计、制造和运行具有一定的参考价值。最后阐述了CFB锅炉在设计、运行和改进方面需要系统总结的观点,指出今后开展工作的研究方向。

Abstract:This paper,throngh the testing,analysis and research conducted on the CFB boilers in the power plants at home.puts forward the polymorphism of particle group movement in the CFB,conception of oxygen utilization efficiency and the wear controll ability prineiple,analyzes the main problems existing on the CFB boilers,such as the irrationality of particle diameter distribution, few coal feeding points,high carbon content in fly ash,and the draft fans being on large side etc.Wear problems are emphatically studied.to employ"bended tubes" technigue may effectively solve the wear problems,with certain reference value for the design,manufacturing and operation of CFB boiler.Finally this paper sets forth the viewpoints that it is necessary to systematically sum up the design,operation and improvement etc .of CFB boilers,and indicates the future research direction of CFB boiler.
