| 摘 要： | 在导线覆冰种类中，雨凇覆冰是对线路危害最大的一种类型。章详细介绍了2005年2月7～13日期间由于雨凇类导线覆冰造成湖南省500kV电网大面积倒塔事故情况；同时，从雨凇的定义出发，论述了雨凇在湖南省的分布，并从湖南省独特的地形分析了湖南容易产生雨凇覆冰的原因，以及由于历史罕见的天气条件造成这次严重事故的原因。

| Abstract: | The hard rime is the most harmful for transmission line in cover ice of line.The paper introduced the accident condition on 7 -13 of February 2005 in detail, which was caused by hard rime and ice load to pour tower in large area in Hunan 500 kV Power Network. At the same time, the paper discussed the distribution of hard rime in Hunan from definition of hard rime, and analyzed the causes of producing hard rime and cover ice easily in Hunan from the Hunan topography, as well as the reason of historical rare weather condition to cause this serious accident. |
