| Abstract: | The paper introduced the black start in three times for Chenzhou power network in Hunan during icing calamity in beginning of 2008,analyzed the characteristics of black start in three times,summarized the successful experiences of black start in three times,and put forward the black start countermeasures of power failure in large area caused by disaster weather. |
