大力实施节电推进节能降耗

文章分析了近年来我国主要工业单位产值能耗明显高于国际先进水平、单位GDP产值电耗攀升不降的主要问题和原因,阐述了重化工等企业中节能降耗的潜力,指出实施技术节电和管理节电是提高能效、降低能耗的重要途径,从技术、管理、机制等方面提出了富有成效的节能节电的措施和建议。

Implementing Electricity Saving Vigorously to Carry out Energy Saving and Loss Reducing

The paper analyzed the problems of higher energy consumption of unit output value in the major industries in China, which is higher than international advanced level, and the major problems and reasons for rising of power consumption of unit GDP output value obviously. The potential of energy saving and loss-reducing in enterprises, such as heavy chemical engineering, was elaborated. It is pointed out that the enforcement of technical electricity saving and managing electricity saving is the important channel for improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption. The suggestions and measures for energy and electricity saving effectively are put forward from the aspects of technology, management and mechanism.
