摘    要:分析了输电线路覆冰监测系统功能、实现手段,介绍了目前国内输电线路覆冰监测系统应用现状和在维护电网安全运行、应对大面积自然灾害方面发挥的作用和取得的效果。指出通过输电线路覆冰监测系统的实施,可达到记录现场覆冰过程;预警;为除冰融冰提供指导、辅助决策;降低人员工作强度;绘制电网覆冰分布图、为设计提供依据等功能。提出了今后建立和完善输电线路覆冰监测系统的工作重点。

Abstract:Study the transmission line icing monitoring system's functions and implementing methods.Introduce the transmission line icing monitoring system's present domestic application status and its advantages and effects on maintaining the safety running of power grids and responding to large area natural disasters.The transmission line icing monitoring system could realize the functions of ice accretion recording and alarming.It could also provide assistant instructions to de-icing decision-making and reduce the operators' working intensity.Furthermore,by implementing the ice monitoring system,it could depict the ice distributing map of power grids, thus providing evidences for system design.Present the emphases for the future working of establishing and perfecting the transmission line ice monitoring system.
