| 摘 要： | 在灵活交流输电(Facts)装置中，晶闸管在工作时容易受到损坏，且用人工检测的方式很难发现受损的开关元件。章分析了晶闸管在使用当中可能出现的故障，讨论了故障产生的原因及其危害，并针对不同的故障特点提出了具体的检测与诊断手段。该手段硬件设计简单、可靠，能实时、准确的发现晶闸管故障。

| Abstract: | Thyristor is easy to be damaged in FACTS device, which is also hard to discover the damaged element by manual detection. This paper analyzes the fault that thyristor may occur in use, discusses the reasons for fault and its harm, and puts forward the specific monitoring and diagnosis means according to different fault characteristics. The hardware design of this means is simple, reliable, which can find the fault of thyristor timely and accurately. |
