摘    要:介绍了华中电网岗市500kV变电站原1号主变压器安装投运以来的故障情况(如突然发现C2H2,局部放电试验中A、B两相局部放电量达数万pC等),着重介绍了故障原因分析和解体检查情况。分析认为,变压器结构设计中场强设计不合理,局部绝缘强度偏小。解体检查也表明,有些地方的绝缘材质存在问题,同时还发现变压器内存在不清洁物等。

Abstract:The paper introduced the fault condition of No. 1 transformer in 500 kV substation in Gangshi of Central China Power Grid, such as suddenly discovered C_2H_2, ten thousands of pC etc. in the partial discharge test of A and B two-phase. The fault case study and disintegrate inspection conditions were emphatically introduced. It is pointed out that the design of field strength is not reasonable in transformer structural design, and the partial insulating strength is little. Disassembling inspection indicates that there are some problems in the insulation material, and there are some un-cleaning things in transformer.
