摘    要:长治—南阳—荆门特高压交流试验示范工程是连接华北和华中两大电网的唯一通道,由于其输送功率大,发生在任何地方的发电和负荷有功扰动都对联络线输送功率产生影响,引起特高压联络线功率在计划值的基础上产生大范围的波动,从而引起区域控制偏差的大幅波动,对山西联络线潮流控制产生较大的影响。对特高压检修及特高压投运时的山西电网区域控制偏差的波动情况进行了详细分析,对调度运行提出了建议。
