氢气纯度与氢冷发电机的安全运行

摘    要:指出氢气的导热系数最大,为空气的7倍,在同一温度和流速下,放热系数为空气的1.4~1.5倍,作为冷却介质,能有效地将发电机产生的热量传导给冷却器,散发到发电机外,起到冷却发电机的作用。阐述了氢气与空气、氧气混合状态的存在是危险的,在生产氢气过程中一定要保持氢气纯度为99.5%及以上,发电机运行中一定要保持氢气纯度为96%以上,含氧量不超过2%。

Abstract:The thermal conductivity coefficient of hydrogen is six times higher than that of air.Under the same temperature and flowing speed,the heat transfer coefficient of hydrogen is 1.4~1.5 times as high as that of air.As coolant,it can effectively transfer the heat of generator to condenser,dissipating the heat away from generator and making the generator cooled.The combination of hydrogen and air or oxygen is dangerous,thus,the purity of hydrogen should be maintained above 99.5% during the process of hydrogen production and above 96% while the generator is operating with oxygen content lower than 2%.
