防粘连技术在烟尘采样中的应用研究和验证

摘    要:指出了特氟龙防粘连涂层和防粘连纹路应用于烟尘采样装置的关键部位,是解决烟尘采样滤筒粘连和保持采样过程清洁无污染,提高采样质量的十分有效的方法,论述了特氟龙的特性、防粘连纹路的选择应用,以及采样装置的结构,并通过实验室和现场试验验证了该方法的可行性和适用性,验证结果表明,该防粘连采样装置防粘连效果良好,可以保证采样过程中采样介质的清洁和烟尘采样质量。

Abstract:To solve the conglutination of flue dust sampling filter and make the sampling process clean,Teflon anti-conglutination coat and anti-conglutination grain were used in the key place of the flue dust sampling equipment. The characters of Teflon,the selection of the anti-conglutination grain and the structure of the flue dust sampling equipment were discussed in this article. The feasibility and applicability of this method were validated by lab and field tests. The result showed that good anti-conglutination effect was achieved by the anti-conglutination sampling equipment and it could ensure the sampling process clean. The flue dust sampling quality was greatly improved.
