水电站水资源使用定价的市场逆算模型

水电站利用水资源进行发电,水资源费用对于水电站的利润水平影响很大。水资源作为一种公共资源,需要对其使用费用进行计算。然而关于水资源使用价值的实用计算方法并不多。通过引入了区间数概念,选择了市场逆算法进行水资源价值计算。结果表明,此种方法为水资源管理部门提供了一种较为简便的计算算法,又可以保证水力发电的合理利润。

The Inverse Algorithm Pricing Model of Water Resource about Hydropower Station

Hydropower station use water resources for power generation,thus the cost of water resources has significant influence on the profit of hydropower station.As a public resource,the cost of the use of water resource needs to be calculated.However,there are not many calculation methods of the value of water resources.This paper introduces the concept of the interval,and selects inverse algorithm of the market to calculate the value of water resources.The results show that this method provides with water resources management departments a relatively simple calculation method and can ensure a reasonable profit hydropower.
