采用微油点火对保护逻辑的影响及改进方案

主要介绍了小油枪点火及稳燃技术的原理，并分析了少油点火方式下火焰的燃烧特点。锅炉安装少油点火系统后，如果完全采用小油枪点火方式启动锅炉，原有的最下层磨煤机的控制逻辑和锅炉主保护逻辑就需要修改，以满足投用少油点火系统的要求。对存在的问题进行分析后，对相关的逻辑进行改进和完善。改进后的画面增加了“少油点火模式”和“正常运行模式”，实现了锅炉的安全启动和运4-Y。
