| 摘 要： | 提出了在电力市场环境下通过对能量交易及备用容量确定过程的分析 ,在保证向所有市场成员开放的前提下 ,可以通过切负荷及对相关电力公司、电力采办公司进行合理补偿的措施来提高各市场参与方的经济利益的观点。给出了相应的能量交易及备用容量确定数学模型。数学仿真结果表明该方法是实际可行的。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the power exchange and the determination of reserve capacity,the paper proposes that,on the premise of transmission open access,grid company can earn larger profits by way of load shedding and making the reasonable compensation for the supply energy companies' and service energy companies' losses,and the relevant models for load shedding in the power exchange and the confirmation of reserve capacity are developed.The simulated results shows that the method is feasible and economic. |
