摘    要:为了提高含风电场电力系统运行的经济性和可靠性,增强风电并网运行的稳定性,建立了基于机会约束规划的含风电场电力系统多目标机组优化调度的数学模型。考虑到风电场出力的随机性,引入了机会约束规划和随机模拟技术,以常规发电机组的发电成本最低和污染气体排放量最低为目标。问题分为内外两层求解,外层为机组组合优化,利用蚁群算法求解;内层为负荷的经济分配,基于Pareto最优解集概念和整体协调决策机制,结合多目标粒子群求解。用10机算例对模型进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明所建模型合理、算法有效可行。

Abstract:In order to improve the economy and reliability in wind power system operation,enhance wind power grid running stability,a mathematical model of the wind farm power system is established based on chance constrained programming with multi-objective optimization scheduling unit.Taking into account the randomness of the wind farm output,a chance-constrained programming and the stochastic simulation technology are introduced.Ana the conventional generator sets the lowest cost of power generation and pollution gas emissions as the minimum target.Problem solving is divided into outer and inner layers,the outer layer of the unit commitment optimization using ant colony algorithm;the inner economic distribution of load,based on the concept of Pareto optimal solution set and overall coordination of decision-making mechanism,combined with multi-objective particle swarm solving.10 machine example models simulate analysis,and the simulation results show that the model is reasonable & the algorithm is effective and feasible.
