| 摘 要： | 由于调度中心和变电站自动化系统各自遵循不同的标准体系,为了实现两者之间的信息共享,分析了IEC61970标准和IEC61850标准之间的差异,提出了IEC61850的SCL模型向IEC61970CIM模型的映射方法,采用G语言规范扩展SCL语法来绘制变电站自动化接线图,以及使用ACSI进行通信的实现方法。可以有效地实现数字化变电站和调度主站端电网模型、厂站接线图共享,并且进行无缝通信,实现了两者之间“一个通信协议”的目标。

| Abstract: | EMS and SAS follow the different standard each other,in order to share the information between them,it analyze the difference between the IEC61970 and the IEC61850,give the way mapping the SCL model of IEC61850 to the CIM model of IEC61970,use the G language criterion expanding SCL syntax to draw wiring diagram of substation,use the ACSI to communication.It can share the model and wiring diagram and seamless communication between EMS and SAS effective,realize the point of "one communication protocol". |
