| 摘 要： | 为满足地区、县供电分公司层面的科技成果管理现代化的需要,研制了科技成果管理信息系统,充分考虑了基层单位现状和科技成果管理流程的特点,采用了ASP动态网页技术和JavaScript脚本技术,实现了对基层科技成果的申报、审核、评分、评奖等流程的全过程信息化管理,有效地提高基层单位科技成果的管理效率。
