人体舒适度在短期电力负荷预测中的应用

摘    要:通过在短期电力负荷预测中引入人体舒适度这一气象新概念,综合考虑了天气变化因素对用电负荷的影响,使得在实际预测过程中减少了人工神经网络法中的输入单元,加快了网络收敛速度,明显提高了电力负荷预测精度。

Abstract:By introducing the new meteorological concept of human body amenity to short-term electric load forecast,the paper makes a total analysis of the effect of weather condition on the use of electricity of residents.The application of the new concept in practice makes it that input units of Artificial Neural Network(ANN) are fewer,convergence rate of network is much faster,and electric load-forecasting precision is much higher.
