风力发电机组故障振动信号特征向量的提取

摘    要:为了准确分析风力发电机组故障的振动特性,给出了基于多种函数变换方式的振动信号特征向量提取方法.运用EMT690D机械设备故障诊断系统对模拟直驱风力发电机组故障振动信号进行提取.利用傅立叶变换、小波变换和小波包变换分别对振动信号进行分析,提出了不同类型的提取振动信号特征向量的方法,通过变换得到了数组故障振动信号的特征向量.结果表明这三种变换方式各有优势,能够从不同的角度分析振动信号.

Abstract:In order to analyse vibration performance of the fault of wind generating set precisely,this paper applies methods for the eigenvector extraction of vibration signal based on different function transformation ways.This article used mechanical equipment fault diagnosis system EMT690D to extract the vibration signal of direct-driven wind turbine.This article uses Fourier transform,Wavelet transform and Wavelet packet transform to analyse the vibration signal,shows different methods for collecting the eigenvector of vibration signal and get several groups of eigenvector of vibration signal.The results reveal the advantages of these three ways and this can analyse vibration signal from different points of view.
