| 摘 要： | 数据库是能量管理系统（EMS）的核心，能量管理系统需要保证在各种情况下数据库服务器之间数据的同步和一致。通过南通电网工程的具体应用，系统讨论了南通电网能量管理系统（OPEN-3000）数据的复制和同步方式。实际应用证明，OPEN-3000系统的数据复制同步机制满足了能量管理系统的高可靠性要求。
