| 摘 要： | 结合需求侧管理(DSM)的需要和电力负荷管理发展的历史和现状,介绍了现有需求侧管理的技术手段和功能,提出了充分利用现有资源,完善和发展电力负荷管理的几项新功能:电能质量监测、无功补偿、反窃电、电表计量、配变监测等,完善DSM的需要。

| Abstract: | On the development tendency of power load management system and DSM,the methods and functions of DSM are introduced in this paper.Full use of available resources is suggested to make to exploit new functions such as power quality monitoring,reactive power compensating,preventing from power theft,electric energy metering and distribution monitoring. |
