| 摘 要： | 近几年多台国产QFS-125-2型发电机进入服役末期,发电机定子绕组故障明显增加,在无法局部修复时,需对定子绕组进行更换,并同步进行发电机组增容改造.通过对QFS-125-2型汽轮发电机改造的工作实践,从改造内容的确立到改造工序工艺要求作了介绍,提出改造中的关键点,对同类型机组的发电机定子绕组故障的更换处理或技术改造,具有现实的指导作用.

| Abstract: | QFS-125-2 type steam turbine generators made in China are operating and lots of them came into the end of service in recent years.The trouble of generator stator winding increases obviously,If there's no way to repair them partly,it is needed to replace the stator winding and to enlarge and reconstruct the capacity synchronous.In this article,based of the practice of QFS-125-2 type steam turbine generator reconstruction,the author introduces in detail the establishment of reconstruction contents and working procedure and technics.The key points in the course of reconstruction is introduced.The article has practical and leading function to the same trouble of QFS-125-2 type steam turbine generators in replacing the stator winding and technic reconstruction. |
