| 摘 要： | 随着公共信息模型（CM）在电力系统应用中的不断发展，电力企业对CIM扩展的要求也日益迫切。根据配电网的固有特性，对CIM进行了三相连接、三相属性方面的扩展，并将配电网系统的一些特殊元件模型进行了改进，最后基于迭代器模式和面向对象语言Java实现了测试配电馈线的三相潮流计算。通过算例验证了扩展模型的准确性及应用的可维护性和可扩展性。
