锅炉汽包水位测量方法综述

在锅炉运行过程中,锅炉汽包水位准确测量具有十分重要的地位。随着火电机组的不断增加,汽包水位测量误差大和启动时汽包水位保护不能正确投入的问题越来越突出。介绍了现行锅炉汽包水位主要测量方法,分析了不同方法的特点及存在的问题。介绍了汽包水位测量的多种改进方法及技术实现,对比分析了新型测量仪表改进效果。最后对新型过程参数检测技术——软测量技术进行了介绍,分析了其实现原理及在汽包水位测量系统中应用前景。

A Review on the Measurement Methods of Water Level of Boiler Drum

In boiler operating process,accurate measurement of water level in boiler drum is very important.With the increase in the numbers of thermal power units,the problem of too large measurement error and the abnormality of drum water level protection during startup are becoming more and more severe.The present measurement methods as well as their characteristics and existent problems are introduced.The improvement and implement of the measurement method are provided.The improved effects of new measure instrument are compared and analyzed.Finally,a new measurement method,viz.soft sensor,is introduced.The working principle and application foreground in measurement system of drum water level are analyzed.
