摘    要:根据SCR烟气脱硝技术在某电厂新建300 MW机组上的设计和使用情况,阐述了SCR烟气脱硝装置在该电厂的工艺概况、布置方式和主要设计参数,分析了该装置对机组经济性、其它设备及系统的影响,提出了相应的解决措施.实践证明,该炉燃用煤种变化大、催化剂高含尘布置方式、不设置反应器烟气旁路、锅炉点火及稳燃用减压渣油的特点容易造成纯氨消耗量大、氨逃逸率高、SO3和NH3负作用、催化剂失去活性及老化等问题.

Research on the influence of SCR flue gas denitrification device on new 300 MW unit

Abstract:According to the design and service condition of SCR flue gas denitrification device in a 300 MW unit in a plant, this paper expounds the general situation of technique, arrangement mode and main design parameters of the device in this plant, analyzes its influence on unit economy, other devices and system, and proposes relevant solutions. The practice proves that the characteristics of the boiler, such as frequent change of kinds of coal, catalytic high dust arrangement mode, omission of gas bypass for reactor, and the application of vacuum residue in boil- er ignition and stable combustion, easily lead to the problems including large consumption of pure ammonia, high escape rate of ammonia, negative effect of SO3 and NH3, and losing activity and aging of catalyst.
