| Abstract: | In the light of the problems existing with the measurement of the electric resistance value, R tp of the standard platinum electric resistance thermometer using an ice point instrument, measurement was made with the three phase point of water as the reference, which features good temperature stability and high accuracy. The preparation of the water three phase point bottle by freezing and the determination of R tp value are described as well. |
