我国水轮机泥沙磨损课题的研究

摘    要:回顾总结了哈尔滨大电机研究所40a来,在泥沙磨损课题研究上的成果。从水轮机的选材、试验方法研究、气蚀磨损破坏机理的探讨、浑水资源开发中的水力设计方法及其结构的水力设计等。该课题的研究,为我国浑水资源的开发积累了大量资料,逐步研究形成浑水系列的一批优秀抗磨耐蚀转轮,装备了祖国各地浑水电站。为已建的早期浑水电站更新换代作出了贡献。

Abstract:Suramarizes the achievements made by Harbin Large Electric Motors Research Institute on the subject of silt wear over the past 40 years or so ranging from selection of material for water turbine, study on test methods, exploration of erosion wear damage mechanism to hydraulic power design methods for exploitation of turbid water resources and hydranlic power designs for their structures, which resulted in a large volume of information accumulated for the exploitation of turbid water resources in China and a large number of excellent wear-and corrosion-resistant impellors for turbid water power stations across te country.
