黑龙江省大力发展风力发电的探讨

风力发电是一种利用风能资源发电，节约煤炭、石油等不可再生能源，保护环境的最新能源解决方案。针对世界和我国风能资源的分布及风电建设情况进行了研究和探索，结合黑龙江省的风力资源特点及黑龙江省的人文地理实际，提出了要在黑龙江省大力发展风电产业。并对当前风电发展过程中遇到的困难提出了建设性的意见和解决办法。

Discussion on greatly developing power generated by wind in Heilongjiang province

Wind power is a new generating energy mean using wind energy, which saves coal, oil and others un- reproducing resource and protects environment as well. The research and survey of wind energy distribution and wind power construction condition in China and abroad were done, the project of developing wind power was presented according to wind resource feature and anthropogeography in Heilongjiang province, and some suggestions were put forward about the problems during wind power development at present.
