摘    要:给出了描述大型水火电力系统短期机组启停调度的数学模型,应用大系统分散控制理论将这一复杂问题分解为3个简单的子问题,分别用一维动态规划和网络规划法术解,最后,通过拉格朗日乘子协调控制得出最优可行解。该算法也可同时考虑火电的最优启停机计划和水电的优化调度。

Abstract:A mathematical model of optimal short-term unit commitment scheduling of large scale hydro-thermal power system is presented in this paper. This complex problem is decomposed to three simple subproblems by using the decomposition control theory. They are solved simply by 1-dimension dynamic programming and network programming method. At Last,optimal passable solutions are obtained by Lagrangian multipliers coordination control. The calculating method can simultaneously consider optimal unit commitment of thermal power system and optimal scheduling of hydro power system. Therefore, very large economic profit of electric power system operation can be obtained.
