摘    要:基于熵权赋值方法及Shapely权重调整策略,提出了一种公平、公正,可操作性强的电能质量综合评估模型和体系.该方法以熵权计算为基础,利用Shapely理论对权重进行调整,保证了每个评估样本都可以区别对待,以确保每个样本权重的合理性,避免对样本优势指标的淹没,从而有效保证了综合评估结果的有效性和公正性.同时利用某配电网测试数据,验证了所提模型和方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:On the basis of entropy empowerment and Shapely weight adjustment, this paper proposes a fair, justice and feasible evaluation model and system of power quality. The method, based on entropy calculation, utilizes Shapely theory to adjust weight, makes sure that every evaluation sample is treated separately, so as to guarantee the reasonability of weight of samples and to avoid submerging dominant indexes, insuring the effectiveness and fairness of the integrated evaluation. The test data of a distribution network are used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.
