大型火电机组湿烟囱排放的研究

摘    要:阐述了火电厂湿法烟气脱硫装置中烟气加热器的运行特点,对脱硫装置采用湿烟囱排放的可行性和存在的问题进行了分析,对脱硫装置提出了改进措施.建议采用钛和钛铂合金复合板作烟囱内筒,可以降低烟气对烟囱的腐蚀,延长烟囱的使用寿命.

Abstract:exhaust gas heater's operating features in wet exhaust gas desulphurization equipment for fossil-fired power plant were discussed,and the feasibility of using wet stack emission for desulphurization equipment and problems existed were analyzed,measures to improve desulphurization equipment were presented,suggesting that titanium or titanium-platinum alloy compound plate be used as chimney lining to decrease the corrosion degree of exhaust gas to stack and extend its service life.
