摘    要:供电企业销售收入来源于供售之间的电价差,正确执行管理电价关系到供电企业的生存。从电价复杂的构成和营销人员的综合素质来看,在电价执行上确实存在一些问题。有针对性地开展业务人培训、对电价实行大检查和提高电价执行检查的科技含量,可有效地堵塞电价管理上的漏洞,取得明显的经济效益。

Abstract:The profit of electric power supply enterprise comes from the difference of electricity price. Whether the management of electricity price could be properly carried out is deeply related to the survival of these enterprises. From the point of view of complicated composite of electricity cost and the comprehensive virtue of the marketing staff, a few problems do exist in the electricity marketing. The business staff are suggested to be trained. The examination about electricity price should be more scientific, therefore some shortcoming of electricity price management could be overcome and great economic benefit could be achieved.
